一手黑料 goes Net Zero by 2030
Alongside our core educational work, we believe that sustainability and education on climate change are a priority. Championed by Simon Rule – 一手黑料 trustee, founder and CEO of Place Group Ltd – our green programme ensures that our central team and all 一手黑料 schools take action to meet the zero carbon targets by 2030.
Our efforts to become more sustainable and to reach net zero cover different areas:
- The Let’s Go Zero 2030 campaign
- Green energy and solar panels (assessment, monitoring, reduction, provision and production)
- Adapting our environments to reduce carbon emissions (LED lighting)
- Monitoring and reduction of printing
- Sustainable Travel Awards programme
- Eco Champions network participating in the Green Schools Project programme.
